What you are paying for
Placement and time. A paid listing sits above free ones in its county and stays live for months rather than a week, so you are not re-posting every Sunday.
What we never charge
Nothing from the person renting the room, no cut of the rent, and no fee for replying to an enquiry. The listing price is the whole cost.
